The program features competitive labor rates and parts pricing with a 10 day turnaround*. Rebuilds are performed by Qualified Factory Trained Mechanics and tested to 100% functionality.
The Montabert® Rebuild Process Includes:
- Steam clean breaker, clean power cell
- Detailed visual inspection for cracks on cradle, measurement of guiding slippers
- Dismantle power cell
- Detailed inspection of all components as directed by service manual
- Documentation of findings, review with dealer/customer
- Quotation and approval if other parts needed
- Replacement of all parts contained in advanced maintenance kit
- Reassembly of power cell, reassembly of cradle
- Test breaker
- Six-month warranty
*If no additional repairs are needed, Montabert® will ship breaker back within 10 working days of receipt.
